Women only represent around 6% of all pilots. Jamie Lou is the founder of Girls Love to Fly-Non-Profit foundation, she is also a Real Estate Broker and a corporate pilot. She was introduced into aviation and fell in love and now she wants everyone to experience the world of aviation.
Jamie Lou created the non-profit foundation Girls Love to fly (GLTF) to inspire women and offer scholarships to help women earn their wings and take flight. Girls Love to Fly can be found on most social media platforms. There is a GLTF Facebook group where pilots of all genders can come together to support each other in their aviation endeavors.

Girls Love To Fly offers various scholarships. Whether you are looking for a flight training, ground school, written, or checkride scholarship, GLTF offers scholarships that cover an array of expenses.
Each scholarship offered through GLTF is supported by generous donors and Black Diamond Real Estate donations. GLTF is actively looking for sponsors who would like to give back and help more pilots earn their wings. Those wanting to support GLTF can do so through donating items to be auctioned, monetary contributions, and through the purchase of GLTF merchandise. Donors can receive a tax write off because GLTF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Those interested can email Jamie Lou at firstname.lastname@example.org.
